1850’s Farmhouse which is currently undergoing rehabilitation. Located on a plot of 26,000 sqm, it has a total of 729 sqm built on the ground floor and first floor.
The property is accessed from the same road, through an imposing iron fence that gives way to a path with cypresses on both sides and it is very well Illuminated. This leads to the main entrance of the house and to its back side where there is a parking for cars.
Accessing the main door is a large entrance hall where the staircase leads to the first floor. At the back of this room there is a room of facilities, which also has direct access from outside the house, as well as the garage, with space for two vehicles. The house is designed according to sustainability criteria. The insulated roofs and floors, the windows and new balconies with break of thermal bridge and double glazing under emissive, and installation of solar panels for the contribution of hot water. The lighting is produced by Led technology.
On the outside of this large Masia there is a well and a large raft with capacity for 450,000 liters for rainwater collection. In addition, it has 6,000 sqm of meadow, 10,000 sqm of lawn with sprinkler irrigation system, a plantation with 140 olive trees, Masanella and Arbequina variety, 1,000 cabernet sauvignon vineyards, 989 Cupressus sempervirens cypress among many other varieties of plants and trees.
